Your eVoucher will open the door to a unique and personally tailored experience, to help inspire you in reimagining a room of your choice. Full details of what is included, how to redeem your voucher and Terms and Conditions are below.

Interior Design Starter Consultation - What's included:

A pre-home visit e-questionnaire to capture details, style preferences and desired outcomes.

Once you have booked the in-home consultation, we will send you a short questionnaire to understand more about you and the room we will be focusing on. This helps us to provide ideas and products that are fitting to your style, during our time together.

An in-home 2 hour consultation with an interior designer, to review the selected room, discuss ideas, tastes and requirements.

A designer will meet you at your property* to review the room, discuss ideas, styles, colour, furniture and fabric preferences.

There is no set format to the consultation, so feel free to use the 2 hours to get advice on any aspect of the room. If you are unsure where to start, don't worry... the Designer will ask questions and seek your input to help ensure the experience is a success.

They may ask your permission to take photographs of the room or specific items to help them create the concept and mood boards. Please ensure any documents or personal information are removed from the room.

A follow up call and concept presentation detailing 2 tailored unique concepts for the room, including suggested colour schemes and high level style recommendations.

After the consultation the Designer will prepare 2 concept presentations for your room, ready to present back to you on a telephone or video conferencing call.

The call will be booked with you usually around 2 to 3 weeks after the In-Home Consultation.

Each concept board will include suggested colour palettes, surface finishes, furniture, lighting and accessories.

A virtual mood board showcasing recommended surface finishes, fabrics and flooring options including manufacturer details.

Based on the concept you prefer the Designer will send you a virtual mood board with a selection of finishes and fabrics, with retailer or manufacturer details to help kick start your project.

A mood board is a photograph and video, with a table detailing all the mood board components with product details and links.

We will also provide professional styling tips for the room throughout the Consultation and follow up meeting.

* You must be located in Berkshire, Oxfordshire, North Hampshire or Surrey to qualify for the in-home 2 hour consultation, if your location is not within these areas we will offer you a remote consultation.

Booking Details

What to have ready before you contact us

Be sure to check the Voucher Expiry Date and book well in advance.
We recommend booking the consultation with a minimum of 3 weeks notice, once started the design process takes approximately 3-4 weeks (depending on availability).
You will need your Voucher Number and your Recipient Name ready before you call to book your consultation.

eVoucher Terms and Conditions

Recipients of eVouchers must be located in Berkshire, Oxfordshire, North Hampshire or Surrey to qualify for the in-home 2 hour consultation.
eVouchers must be paid in full prior to being issued and will not be refunded.
eVouchers will be issued via email to the purchaser at the time of purchase, with details of how to redeem the eVoucher.
The name of the recipient must be included in the order and the voucher may only be redeemed by that recipient including the eVouchers unique identification number.
Use of the Interior Design Consultancy Service must be used prior to the eVouchers expiry date (expiry dates are normally a minimum of 8 months from purchase).
eVouchers cannot be extended beyond their expiry date.
Lost or stolen eVouchers will not be replaced.
eVouchers cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent.
An eVoucher is for Interior Design Consultation on one room only.
Services must be pre-booked (we recommend with a minimum of 3 weeks notice), consultation appointments are offered based on availability of an Interior Designer.
A booked consultation may be moved once, no fee is incurred if notice is provided with more than 28 days notice, moves with less than 28 days notice incur a £25 fee.
Interior Design Consultancy Services will cease without reimbursement, should the recipient disengage from the process for longer than one month once started, or where our Interior Designers are subject to any harassment, abuse or perceived threat.
In the unlikely event we are unable to conduct the Interior Design Consultancy Service on the pre-booked date, we will notify the recipient immediately and prioritise a newly scheduled appointment (and if within 2 months of the eVoucher expiry date, extend the eVoucher expiry date by 2 months).
